The latest storm in Israel has obviously affected the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In the West Bank there have been reports of floods in all the districts, sediments in main roads, trees and poles collapsing and rivers overflowing. Through the Civil Administration, COGAT is assisting as best it can with evacuating the injured, transferring equipment and dealing with the damages from the storm.

The Gaza District Coordination and Liaison Authority continues to hold meetings to promote and advance the Gaza Strip`s agricultural production and to invite Gaza farmers to Israeli conferences and fairs.

On Tuesday, the Agricultural Department of the Civil Administration began a three-day professional development training for veterinarians from the Palestinian Authority`s Ministry of Agriculture. The training will enhance their professional knowledge while emphasizing crucial information about managing livestock and public health for the Palestinian population in Judea and Samaria.

The month of Christmas has begun. The Bethlehem District Coordination and Liaison Administration has arrived at the holiday season prepared and ready to ensure that the celebrations take place in the best and most secure way possible, while allowing the freedom of religion and worship for all faiths.

For the second time this year, the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria held an employment fair to ensure that every work permit in Israel is utilized.
